At her 37 years, Polka faced a critical moment. Against all her expectations she realized that she wasn’t close enough to be the person she wanted to be at that point. After anxiety moments and several crises she started noticing that all this unnecessary pressure came from external factors.
Impostor syndrome is a psychological pattern in which one doubts one’s accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a “fraud”.
